STEPHANIE (TAYLOR) JAHNZ

MANAGING ATTORNEY

Stephanie Jahnz has been an estate planning, probate, and guardianship attorney for 14 years. Prior to beginning her own practice, Stephanie worked at a well-established estate planning, probate, and guardianship firm, where she gained a vast amount of experience with great mentors. Her experience includes years of representing clients both on the planning side and the courtroom side of her practice. Stephanie enjoys working with clients ranging from young families/singles, retirees, and beyond. She especially enjoys helping families who have children with special needs, to ensure that their loved ones are protected. She is driven by the pleasure of helping others.

Stephanie received her Bachelor of Arts with Honors from The University of Texas at Austin and her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston Law Center, where she served as Senior Articles Editor for the Houston Journal of Health Law and Policy. Stephanie also had the honor of serving as a judicial intern in the chambers of United States Magistrate Judge Frances H. Stacy of the Southern District of Texas.

Those that have worked with Stephanie use the words “diligent, approachable, trustworthy, and warm” to describe her.

Stephanie lives in Montgomery, Texas, with her husband and three young sons. When she’s not advising clients, she enjoys attending Woodlands Church, reading (Garden & Gun Magazine and fantasy novels are her favorites), and spending as much time as she can outdoors with her family - feeding cattle on the family farm in Round Top, fishing and boating on Lake Conroe, and camping wherever the road leads.

Causes that speak to Stephanie’s heart include mental health awareness and special needs advocacy and research. She volunteers her time as a Den Leader with the local Cub Scouts pack and in the Children’s Ministry at Woodlands Church.
